Giants of Mining

The Giants of Mining could be considered a grave site. I like to think of it as a relic of a bygone era. These behemoths are the ancestors of modern oil sands mining in Canada. Located between Fort McMurray and Fort McKay in Northern Alberta, they sit for anyone to visit and admire. This technology laid the way for modern mining as we know it.
